Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aryavrut website, our productized service packs, and our SaaS products. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, engaging our services, or subscribing to any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Aryavrut offers software development and consulting through fixed-scope, fixed-price service packs, as well as subscription-based SaaS products such as ProjectSathi, Resumere, and Gharana. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or product plan.

Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated therein. The agreed scope forms the basis of each engagement. Work requested outside the defined scope is treated as a change request and may affect pricing and timelines, subject to mutual written agreement before the additional work begins.

Service packs are typically billed with an advance payment to commence work, with the balance invoiced per the agreed milestone schedule. SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Upon full payment for a completed engagement, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Aryavrut retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, tools, libraries, and know-how used to deliver the work. Our SaaS products remain the property of Aryavrut and are licensed, not sold, to subscribers.

To deliver on time, we rely on your cooperation. You agree to provide timely inputs, content, access, approvals, and feedback as reasonably required. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Aryavrut.

When using our SaaS products, you agree not to misuse the services. This includes refraining from unauthorized access, reverse engineering, distributing malware, violating applicable laws, or using the services in a manner that disrupts or harms other users or our infrastructure.

Our services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to deliver quality work, we do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities, except as expressly stated in a specific service-level agreement (SLA) agreed with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryavrut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for all work completed up to the termination date. SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
