Is the development really free?

Yes. Our design and development work is free for registered NGOs and non-profits — it's how we give back. You only pay for running costs like hosting, your domain, and payment-gateway fees, which go directly to those providers, not to us.
What do we have to pay for?

Only the running costs we don't control: hosting and domain, payment-gateway fees on online donations, and any paid third-party service you choose (for example SMS or email credits). These are usually modest and are paid directly to the provider.
Who qualifies?

Registered non-profits — trusts, societies, Section 8 companies, or NGOs with 12A/80G registration. We may ask for proof of registration before we start. If you're not sure whether you qualify, submit your requirement anyway and we'll tell you honestly.
Who owns the website and the code?

You do. On completion, full source code, infrastructure access and documentation transfer to your organisation. There's no lock-in.
How long does it take?

It depends on what you need and is confirmed on the discovery call. Because this is best-effort pro-bono work alongside our client projects, we're honest about timelines up front rather than promising a date we can't keep.
